Reducing the conventional flower vase down to its most basic functions, the Florida Vase exhibits simplicity of concept, a design principle from the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) product collection. Designed by MAX KISTNER, 2013. When propped in this simple vase, gatherings of snipped flowers appear to bloom magically from the ceramic base. The illusion is created by inserting flower stems onto the four brass rods which fit into an acrylic insert and help the stems draw water to retain freshness. Made in China. Hand-wash only.
